pisotaya is strictly for players aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. All accounts are subject to identity verification. Underage accounts will be suspended and deposits returned without exception.

3.1 To register and maintain an account on pisotaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pisotaya account. 5.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pisotaya account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You agree to notify pisotaya immediately upon becoming aware — or reasonably suspecting — that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, or that a login OTP you did not initiate has been received.
5.3 pisotaya will never ask you to provide your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from pisotaya and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pisotaya immediately.
5.4 All transactions and game activity conducted through your pisotaya account while it is logged in are your sole responsibility, irrespective of whether such activity was authorized by you, unless pisotaya's own negligence or security failure is the direct cause of the unauthorized access.

6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on pisotaya are transacted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). pisotaya does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is offered or performed by the platform.

7.1 pisotaya may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotional offers. 7.2 General conditions applicable to all pisotaya bonus offers unless a specific bonus promotion states otherwise:

7.4 pisotaya's interpretation of these bonus terms is final and binding in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.
8.1 All games offered on pisotaya — including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider, which are accessible within each game interface.
8.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games on pisotaya use certified RNG technology supplied by internationally recognized game providers including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Microgaming, and others. The random outcomes of these games are independently audited by certified testing laboratories. 8.5 pisotaya reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or unauthorized manipulation of the game system.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pisotaya. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings associated with the prohibited conduct forfeited:
9.2 pisotaya cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies, PAGCOR, and other regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity on the platform. 10.1 All content on the pisotaya platform, including but not limited to the pisotaya brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphics, software, game content, and promotional materials, is either owned by pisotaya or licensed to pisotaya by third-party providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pisotaya platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pisotaya content.
10.3 You must not frame, scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any content from the pisotaya platform for any purpose. Unauthorized use of pisotaya's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.
11.1 pisotaya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisotaya expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 pisotaya shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pisotaya's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by pisotaya's own gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

14.1 pisotaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-app notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

14.3 If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the pisotaya platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of pisotaya after the effective date constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms and any disputes, claims, or matters arising from or in connection with your use of pisotaya shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pisotaya, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion via pisotaya's customer support channels. pisotaya commits to providing a substantive response to any formal complaint within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for final resolution.
15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents pisotaya from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms where immediate relief is necessary to prevent ongoing harm.
